This month's guest expert on the use of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 3rd edition, is Dr. William Frosch, professor of psychiatry and vice-chairman of the department of psychiatry at Cornell University Medical College in New York City. Dr. Frosch was a member of the task force that developed DSM-III and the advisory committees on substance use and impulse control disorders.
